Payments: Tickets must be charged in full on a credit card.

Ticket Delivery: Tickets (and any extras) will be mailed approximately two weeks prior to the concert, using standard US mail. PBS12 will send an email alert letting you know when your tickets have been mailed.

Parking: All parking for this event (which is included in the price of your ticket) will be located in the TREMONT GARAGE, at the intersection of 15th and Tremont. The parking garage is open 2 hours prior to show time and close 60 minutes after the show ends. Please present the cashier with your ticket stub or digital ticket barcode (on a mobile device) when exiting the garage to receive complimentary parking. See parking directions.
