Join us select Sundays for morning yoga classes taught by certified yoga instructor, Kelsie Shelby in a relaxed and judgment-free environment.
Stick around after class and enjoy a beverage included with your registration fee. Classes are one hour, and we will begin promptly at 11 a.m. Please bring your mat and anything else you need to feel comfortable.
About your instructor:
Kelsie started her yoga practice in New Mexico at 19 after suffering from PTSD and not feeling comfortable in her own skin as a mid/plus size woman. Through yoga and meditation she has been able to overcome her fears by finding space to feel safe in her body, turning this practice into her favorite form of healing. Since then, Kelsie has completed a 200 YTT and strives to make yoga accessible for all body types, including those who have disabilities. Her aspiration is to offer her practice to all walks of life, so others can begin to step into their own birthright of being connected and safe in their vessel.
