This documentary follows the journey of four disabled veterans as they travel to a prison in Gatesville, Texas, to be paired with a service dog. These dogs have been expertly trained by female prison inmates serving hard time. Not only do these dogs help the veterans on a very practical level, but they also provide constant emotional support, protection, and relief from the terrors of their combat-related Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
