Bringing together thought leaders and decision makers to progress Colorado’s top issues.

about Confluence

PBS12’s inaugural Confluence will bring together the business, nonprofit, and government sectors to have meaningful conversations about the challenges impacting Colorado. Through storytelling, the Confluence will seek to better our entire community by exploring ideas while breaking down communication and policy barriers to advance the conversation of change.

At Confluence, PBS12 will explore three core issues impacting our state: mental health, housing affordability, and access to care. We will examine these issues through the lens of individuals affected by them and take a deep dive into solutions with a live panel discussion.

A screening of PBS12’s original program Humanize will tell the stories of those impacted by these issues to catalyze empathy, hope, and change.

We will also award key community leaders who are making strides towards addressing and solving these core issues.

our commitment

As part of our mission to be Impact Media for Colorado, PBS12 is committed to using our statewide broadcast reach to inform and unify our state. PBS12 seeks to advance the conversation between thought leaders, decision makers, and those on the ground making it all happen. This work is key to moving forward collectively and making Colorado an inclusive place for everyone.
