Cristina is the Director of Development for PBS12 and is passionate about storytelling as a vehicle for impact and change in the state of Colorado.


about Cristina

Born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado, Cristina moved to Denver to attend the University of Denver as a Boettcher Scholar where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Non-Profit Management and Museum Studies. She has a diverse fundraising background, having worked in development for both private and government non-profit organizations including Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation, History Colorado, The Latino Chamber of Commerce of Pueblo, Inc. and Museo de las Americas. Her experience and expertise help her manage development operations for PBS12, including major and planned gifts, corporate partnerships, grants, donor stewardship and relationship development.

Cristina lives and enjoys life in downtown Denver and is active in the arts community. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for DU Art at the University of Denver, as well as CultureHaus at the Denver Art Museum. In addition, she is passionate about advocating for children, education, and agricultural and rural communities.
