PBS12 proud to sponsor Colorado Startup Week

Denver, CO – September 16, 2025 – PBS12 (formerly Colorado Public Television)

PBS12 is proud to be a sponsor of the 2025 Colorado Startup Week (CSW). Marketed as “Colorado’s Premier Free Event Celebrating Startups, Innovation, and the People Powering Bold Ideas Forward,” this is the first year that CSW will have events simultaneously taking place around the state of Colorado as well as in Denver. The three-day event serves to connect startup leaders from “across the country, looking for advice, inspiration, fellowship and sisterhood with other entrepreneurs,” says Bryan Leach, CEO of Ibotta.

PBS12 will be on-location for CSW with Frannie Matthews, whose four decades of tech leadership has made transformational change throughout the Denver Metro area. Serving now as the Executive Producer of Business of Colorado, a PBS12 original production, Matthews will be holding interviews with startup entrepreneurs, leadership from the Denver Broncos, as well as Denver Mayor Mike Johnston. These interviews will air for free on PBS12’s multiple media channels and on the station’s YouTube.

As Colorado’s only independent public television station, PBS12 is proud to provide this programming showcasing local businesses and leaders as a free service to support their goal of driving innovation not only in Denver but statewide. This reflects one of PBS12’s core aims: Connecting the larger Colorado community by telling the stories of the Coloradoans shaping the state’s past, present, and future.
