25mar6:30 pm8:30 pmSpeed Storytelling to Reduce Stigma: Workshop & Share

Event Details

Improv games. Speed storytelling. Stage time. Pride and confidence in mental health. New forever friends.

A workshop for the neurodiverse and supporters to actively create a world where all individuals, no matter their brain condition, feel hope to live openly. 🧠#mentalhealthmatters

😎Join Open Labs to connect with (new) friends while gaining a new method for open expression and engagement to build understanding and deeper relationships.

We’ll kick off with some #improv-style warm ups, connecting mind and body and getting into the present moment and over awkward introductions with a laugh.

We’ll rotate through pairings, using 🔥hot topics to fuel the speed rounds and sense of shared experience, with feedback provided by peers and professionals along the way to help tell stories in a way that lands and inspires.

🙋‍♀️From there, as desired, take the stage to share newly finessed story(ies) and presentation skills. 👏

Ready to have a greater confidence in your storytelling skills – words and presence – greater pride in your or a loved one’s brain health, and greater connection with a tribe of thriving, neurodiverse Coloradans?! 👨‍🎤Then sign up now – FOR FREE – and we’ll see you there!

Open Labs is a community of individuals thriving with 🧠brain conditions, and those who support them, creating actionable programming and conversations to create a world where everyone has the hope to live openly. Join us!
