The Special Olympics Polar Plunge Splash and Dash presented by Westerra Credit Union is a fun and unique way to support Special Olympics Colorado and our amazing athletes. Participants have the option to plunge into a pool filled with freezing cold water, run/walk in a 5K… or better yet, do both!

-First five teams to raise $1,000 will get them a Freeze-E pass which is a top spot in the plunge line up in their respective plunge locations.
-No fees to participate in plunges
-Each person is asked to raise a minimum of $75 to plunge ($50 for SOCO athletes and students)
-The 5k entry fee is $30 until Jan 1, then $35 until day of plunge, day of plunge registration is $40.
-If you are doing both plunge and 5k you must raise the minimum of $75 AND pay the 5k registration fee.
