The DrivingChange Bond Improvements Program is improving the Alice Terry neighborhood, Rose Gardens neighborhood, Fort Logan/Northgate neighborhood, and S. Irving Street west to Lowell Boulevard and the South Santa Fe Business Park with roadway replacement, curbs, gutters, and sidewalk replacement. This work will begin in winter of 2018 and is anticipated to be complete by fall 2018.
