First Baptist Church of Denver will host Masquerade in Red, a night of fun to raise money to repair its 70-year-old Grand Aeolian-Skinner Organ on Saturday, February 8 from 6-10 p.m.

The event will feature a buffet and cash bar, live and online auction cabaret-style concert, ballroom dancing lessons. Auction items include Lady Gaga tickets, a trip to Scotland, watches, art, and more.

Tickets for Masquerade in Red is $40 and can be purchased at https://www.blacktie-colorado.com/calendar/event-details.cfm?id=268086. All proceeds from the event will go toward the organ.

The Grand Aeolian-Skinner Organ was originally installed in the 1950s, and includes more than 6,100 pipes, four manuals and a pedal division. Once repaired, the organ will consist of nearly 10,000 pipes, become a five-manual organ with pedals, a rebuilt console with digital electronic control system, and a stop list and tonal voicing.
