Disc Golf is an incredibly addictive game that can be played by anyone who can throw a disc. Disc Golf provides a low-impact exercise that requires mental strategy and offers an avenue for people of every skill level to play together. The class will meet at the City Park Disc Golf Course hole #1 where a quick lesson on terms, rules, etiquette, equipment, and courses in the area will be covered. After covering the basics, the class will learn throwing techniques and practice their newly discovered skills. Equipment will be provided for the class.
