BELOVED COMMUNITY SERVICE HONORING MARTIN LUTHER KING JR.

Please join us on Friday, January 15th at 5:00pm MT for a very special interfaith “Beloved Community Service” in honor of Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday.

We will celebrate Martin Luther King Jr.’s life and honor his memory, together as a community, by charging forward in the battle against systemic racism.

During the service, you will hear readings from Martin Luther King Jr.’s “The Letter from a Birmingham Jail” and from other racial justice advocates.

Together, we will envision what the world would look like if we truly manifested the practice of beloved community in our speech, behavior, relationships, institutions, organizations, and policies.

Hosted by: Judaism Your Way, Congregation Rodef Shalom and Trinity United Methodist Church.

Service led by: Rabbi Caryn Aviv. Student Rabbi Kolby Morris-Dahary, Rabbi Rachel Kobrin and Pastor Ken Brown.
